Job Description
D.W. Gould Realty Advisors Inc. is searching for an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee daily operations and administrative services in a business services setting.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate administrative services and daily operations

Manage budgets, reports, and compliance

Lead and train staff (3–4 members)

Supervise records management, security, finance, purchasing, and HR functions

Support audits, reports, and committee documentation

Maintain inventory, train staff, and streamline processes
Experience & Qualifications

2–3 years in a similar administrative leadership role

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and accounting software

Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Ability to manage tight deadlines and high workloads in fast-paced environments
