Job Description
Artech Technology Canada Limited, a trusted leader in IT staffing and project delivery, is seeking a seasoned Information Technology (IT) Director to lead strategic initiatives and oversee technology operations in Mississauga, Ontario. This role offers a competitive compensation package of $90–$110 per hour, with hybrid work flexibility and opportunities for leadership in a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities

Direct and manage all IT operations, including systems development, service delivery, and project management

Lead multi-disciplinary teams of analysts, programmers, engineers, and technicians

Oversee budget planning, system implementation, and technology infrastructure development

Define IT strategy, policies, and procedures to align with business goals

Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and executives, to drive innovation and operational effectiveness
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in senior IT leadership roles

Demonstrated success in managing complex IT systems and teams

Strong strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making skills
