Podollan Grande Prairie Inn & Spa Inc. is seeking a motivated Hotel Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations and support the General Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This full-time, permanent role is based in Grande Prairie, Alberta.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services

Hire, train, and schedule staff members

Resolve guest complaints and ensure quality service standards are met

Monitor budgets, manage inventory, and control operational costs

Assist with marketing strategies and promotional activities

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards
Qualifications

High school diploma required; post-secondary education in hospitality management is an asset

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in hospitality or management

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Client-focused, reliable, and able to work under pressure

Criminal record check required
