Key Responsibilities
As a Web Designer, your role will cover the full web development lifecycle, from concept to implementation:

Website Design & Development: Create and integrate web-related code to develop high-quality, functional websites.

Architecture & Layout: Develop website architecture, ensuring smooth navigation and user-friendly design.

Coding & Testing: Write, modify, and test website-related code using programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python.

Mock-Ups & Storyboards: Prepare mock-ups and storyboards to visualize concepts before full implementation.

Advisory Role: Provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, and service delivery.

Content Organization: Source, select, and organize information for inclusion, ensuring layout and flow are professional and engaging.

Policies & Procedures: Develop and implement best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Quality Assurance: Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls to maintain reliability and safety.
Qualifications & Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

Education: College/CEGEP diploma in a related field.

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of relevant professional experience.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Java, C++, and Python.

Work Setting: This is an on-site position at our Toronto campus; remote work is not available.
