JBH Truck Centre Ltd. is hiring a Corporate Controller in Brampton, ON. This is a permanent, full-time executive position paying $58.00 per hour for 35 hours per week. Key Responsibilities of a Corporate Controller in Brampton

Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement company policies and programs.

Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.

Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.

Establish financial and administrative controls, approve HR planning, and evaluate promotional campaigns.

Set organizational objectives and approve policies and programs.

Represent the organization in negotiations or delegate authority to senior staff.

Select and manage middle managers, directors, or other executives, ensuring optimal working conditions.
Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience: 3 to less than 5 years of corporate financial management experience.

Supervision: Direct oversight of 11–15 people.

Languages: English (fluent).
Technical Skills

Proficiency in: MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word.

Strong understanding of financial and administrative systems.
