Key Responsibilities

Direct and oversee daily store operations

Plan and organize workflow, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality

Manage, train, and supervise store staff effectively

Analyze market trends and customer demand to inform product offerings

Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies

Control budget, monitor revenues and expenditures

Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees

Address operational challenges, including customer issues and supply shortages

Evaluate overall customer service and store environment to maintain standards
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years in retail management or an equivalent role

Proven leadership and organizational capabilities

Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
