Alex Hone Drugs Ltd is looking for an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations and lead a high-performing team in delivering top-notch customer service. The successful candidate will drive market trends, manage inventory and budgets, and implement effective sales strategies in a busy retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee daily store operations

  • Plan and organize workflow, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality

  • Manage, train, and supervise store staff effectively

  • Analyze market trends and customer demand to inform product offerings

  • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies

  • Control budget, monitor revenues and expenditures

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees

  • Address operational challenges, including customer issues and supply shortages

  • Evaluate overall customer service and store environment to maintain standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in retail management or an equivalent role

  • Proven leadership and organizational capabilities

  • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset

  • Experience analyzing market data and sales trends

  • Budgetary and inventory management experience

  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic retail setting

Salary
Median wage approximately CAD 42.00 to 44.00 hourly
