Job Description
D.W. Gould Realty Advisors Inc. is searching for an experienced Administrative Manager to oversee daily operations and administrative services in a business services setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate administrative services and daily operations

  • Manage budgets, reports, and compliance

  • Lead and train staff (3–4 members)

  • Supervise records management, security, finance, purchasing, and HR functions

  • Support audits, reports, and committee documentation

  • Maintain inventory, train staff, and streamline processes

Experience & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years in a similar administrative leadership role

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and accounting software

  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage tight deadlines and high workloads in fast-paced environments

Salary
CAD 113,500 per year (~37.5 hrs/week)
