Clean & Green Building Maintenance Inc. is searching for a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily operations across commercial facilities in Coquitlam, British Columbia. In this full-time, permanent role, you will ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficiency across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities

Hire, train, and coordinate cleaning staff

Supervise activities of janitors, caretakers, and building superintendents

Inspect sites to uphold cleanliness and safety standards

Recommend and arrange additional services, including painting, repairs, or renovations

Assist the cleaning team in daily tasks and manage work schedules
Qualifications

Secondary (high school) diploma

1–2 years of supervisory or cleaning experience

Strong leadership skills, excellent oral and written communication

Flexibility, initiative, and client-focused mindset

Must pass criminal record and valid driver’s license checks

Flexible hours including day, evening, and shifts

Salary
$36.75 per hour (40 hrs/week)
