Job Description
IH Construction is looking for dependable Construction Workers to support residential, commercial, and industrial projects throughout Winnipeg, Manitoba. This full-time, permanent role offers an opportunity to work outdoors on a variety of construction tasks that contribute to building a sustainable community.
Key Responsibilities

Load, unload, and transport construction materials

Read blueprints to determine work requirements

Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades

Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
-
Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
-
Pave and rake asphalt
-
Clean up and stack salvaged materials
-
Perform routine maintenance and debris removal on job sites
-
Operate construction equipment and direct traffic when needed
Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
-
No experience required — on-the-job training provided
-
Must be physically fit, able to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs), and work in fast-paced environments

Attention to detail and strong hand–eye coordination

Team player with reliability, flexibility, and strong work ethic

Public transportation available — relocation support provided by employer

Wage: $30.50 per hour for approximately 30 hours per week
