Job Description
Instant Comptant is seeking a reliable Retail Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in its Québec City location. This full-time, permanent position requires managing a small team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities

Supervise 3–4 team members (apprentices, sales assistants, design staff)

Assign daily duties and coordinate staffing schedules

Hire and train staff or arrange for their training

Handle ordering, selling, inventory management, and cash operations

Address customer requests, resolve complaints, and manage stock shortages

Operate with minimal supervision and ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience
-
7 months to less than 1 year of retail or supervisory experience
-
Proficient with MS Outlook
-
Strong attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication
-
Reliable, organized, team-oriented, punctual, and able to multitask

Must pass a criminal record check and have access to reliable transportation and a cellular phone

Compensation & Benefits
